If you are family

If a memorial exists without family authorization, start with the claim flow on the memorial page itself. Claim requests create a review trail for family managers and moderators, and keep the verification status clear.

What to include

For privacy, safety, or takedown requests, include the memorial URL, your relationship to the person, the specific content at issue, and the safest way to contact you. Do not upload sensitive documents unless a reviewer asks for them through a secure process.

Review priorities

Highest-priority reviews include unauthorized memorials, false service details, invasive photographs, private addresses, disputed next-of-kin claims, scam links, and commercial content added without family approval.

Removing a photo

Sign in and open your Account, then click Manage on your memorial. In the Photographs section, tap the × in the corner of any photo to remove it — you'll be asked to confirm.
